PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM IN FULL. A PRICE LIST WILL BE SENT SHORTLY AFTER THE FORM IS SUBMITTED AND A DETAILED QUOTE WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL PROVIDED WITHIN 24 HOURS.

All custom party favors require a minimum order of 6 OR 12 PER ITEM DEPENDING ON THE SELECTION. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required the same day the invoice is issued to secure your production date. Orders are not confirmed without payment. For added convenience, we offer flexible “Party Now, Pay Later” payment options — allowing you to secure your celebration today and split your investment into manageable installments.

Custom orders require:

• 2 weeks for design and production

• 1 week for shipping

• Orders ship 5–9 days before your NEED BY DATE

All items are handmade and created specifically for your celebration. Early booking is highly recommended. Production begins only after retainer payment and design details are received.

Availability is limited. Dates are secured on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
